At Party Flavour by Kate all of our products are handmade to order with great care and attention to detail. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
 

Processing Time

Our current processing time is up to 2 weeks from the date of purchase. This allows us time to custom-make your order to our high standards.
If you need your order sooner, please select “Rush My Order” on the homepage before checkout.
Please note: Choosing Express Post does not reduce processing time — it only affects the delivery speed after dispatch.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via Australia Post. You can choose between:

• Standard Post

• Express Post

Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your order’s journey.

Packaging & Handling

We package each order with great care, using protective materials to help ensure your items arrive safely. Your topper is fragile, and we take every step to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Times & Australia Post

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been posted:

• Standard Post: 2–8 business days

• Express Post: 1–3 business days (location dependent)

 

Important: We have no control over shipping times or delays once your order is in the hands of Australia Post. While we do our best to get your item out on time, any delivery issues or delays are the responsibility of the postal service.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
