Refund policy

At Party Flavours by Kate, each item is handmade with care and customised to your order. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives with an error or damage, as outlined below.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

As all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. name or age)

  • Shipping delays caused by postal services

Please double-check all personalisation details before finalising your order.

Our Error – Spelling or Age Mistakes

If we've made a mistake with the spelling or age on your cake topper, we will happily replace it at no cost. Please contact us with clear photos and your order number within 24 hours of receiving your item.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we require:

  • Clear photo proof of the damage

  • Notification within 24 hours of delivery

If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Damage reported after this timeframe cannot be considered.
